Order Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
If there are any issues with your item, you may return it immediately to the courier. In this case, you will only be responsible for the delivery fee.
Returns & Exchanges After Delivery
Once the order has been delivered and the courier has left, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except under the following condition:

A manufacturing defect is reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
To report a defect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
