• يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية بدون استخدام، بدون روائح، وبتغليفها والتيكت كما هو.
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال.

• متاح الاسترجاع بتقديم طلب في نفس يوم الاستلام فقط.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالة جديدة بالكامل وغير مُستخدم.
• يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن عند الاسترجاع.
